Three storey addition to an existing building

Gross floor area: 350,00 sqm

The apartment was built on top of an existing building. The initial structure has a pilotis and first floor. Three more apartments were added to accomodate 3 families of 4. The whole building is cohabited by 3 generations of one family. The challenge was to come up with the best possible design on an existing site plan and floor plan. The initial exterior of the 20 year old building  was also renovated in order to blend in and unite with the additional floors.
